Release and relief

Life is not always a bed of roses; we have to come across many ups and downs.But we forget like happiness, sorrow is also a part of our life and both of them are temporary. In unhappy situation our mind and body is overshadowed by negative energy. We lose our connection between our thoughtfulness and the reality we face. Thus, releasing this negative energy is must for the peace of mind.
However, for many of us letting go our fear and saddness is very difficult.We often tend to remember bitter experiences for a longer period.When we are hurt we think it is the end of the world and there is no other option left for us.We forget ther is always a bright day waiting for us after the night.For a person in difficult situation it is hard to easily forget and move on in life.but one has to do it sooner or later.One has to place all the pieces together and figure out what went wrong so that in future the path will be much easier and we learn what we actually know what we have to do.
There are many ways people follow to release their tension.Some watch movies , some read or write or exercise or some even eat.Regardless of any technique ane has its own way to let go their sadness and each process and method is right itself. No matter what way we choose all that matters is that wee let go our sadness and take in th e positivity and be optimistic.
